1. Who we are
Seller Sync is a private, invite-only SaaS platform operated by JayTec LLC. We build profit intelligence tools for Amazon wholesale sellers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
2. What we collect
We collect: (a) account information you provide (name, email, company, phone number for SMS notifications); (b) supplier catalogs you upload for analysis; (c) usage data (login times, feature usage, errors); and (d) billing information processed by Stripe (we never store credit card numbers).
3. How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to operate Seller Sync: parsing your catalogs, matching them against Amazon listings, generating profitability reports, and sending you the notifications you opted into. We do not sell, share, or aggregate your supplier data with any third party. Ever. We never use your catalogs, costs, or analyses to train AI models — ours or anyone else’s.
4. Subprocessors
To deliver the service we use the following subprocessors: Render (application hosting and catalog processing), Amazon Web Services (file storage), Neon (database), Upstash (cache and queue), Anthropic (AI matching), Oxylabs (Amazon data), Keepa (price history), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Sentry (error tracking), and Vercel (frontend hosting). Each subprocessor handles your data only as needed to deliver their service.
5. Data retention
Active accounts retain all uploaded catalogs and analyses indefinitely. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing support@sellersync.com.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. To exercise any of these, email support@sellersync.com and we will action your request within 5 business days. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we will never deny you service or charge you differently for exercising these rights.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). All data is encrypted at rest. Database access is row-level isolated per tenant. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We follow industry best practices for secret rotation, dependency auditing, and access logging.
8. Changes to this policy
We will email you at least 30 days before any material changes to this policy take effect. Continued use of Seller Sync after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
