Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Seller Sync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. The service
Seller Sync provides software that analyzes supplier catalogs against publicly available Amazon product data and produces profitability reports. We do not buy, sell, broker, or guarantee any products or transactions. Seller Sync is a tool to help you make better buying decisions — every purchase remains your own decision.
3. Subscription and billing
Seller Sync is sold as a flat monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (b) use the service to violate any law, including Amazon’s terms of service or any export control laws; (c) attempt to access another tenant’s data; (d) resell or white-label the service without written permission; (e) automate excessive load on the platform.
5. Data accuracy and disclaimers
Seller Sync pulls live data from Amazon and Keepa. While we strive for accuracy, all third-party data is provided “as is.” Amazon prices, sales rank, fees, and inventory change constantly. Seller Sync is a decision-support tool — you are responsible for verifying any data before placing a purchase order.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the catalogs you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. The Seller Sync software, brand, and reports are our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Sync and JayTec LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any purchasing decisions you make based on its output. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks the platform’s stability or security. You may terminate at any time via your billing settings.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
