Exports and reports

Export columns reference

Every column in a full results export, grouped into your catalog, the Amazon listing, the match, and the profit math.

Updated Oct 11, 2026

A Results page's Export menu offers two files, each with one row per SKU:

  • Export view writes the columns you have visible in the results table, in your order, under the same names.
  • Export all writes every column below, 45 in all. They are grouped here by what they describe; the file keeps the column order it has always had, with newer columns at the end, so a spreadsheet built on an older file keeps working. The Exports page downloads the same file.

From a Results page, both files hold the rows the table shows: the active tab, search and rules, or only the rows you ticked. Every number you see in the results table is in the full file, so it can stand in for the app when you hand it to a buying team.

Your catalog

What you uploaded, cleaned up during grading.

Column What it contains
Catalog Product The product's name from your supplier price list
Catalog Brand The brand from your price list
UPC The barcode number from your price list
Supplier Cost Your cost for the line, as the price list states it
COGS Your cost for the units one Amazon listing sells, after the pack is resolved
Catalog Pack Qty Units per pack or case in your price list
Vendor SKU Your supplier's item number, when the list has one

Pack quantity matters more than it looks: cost per unit, profit and ROI all depend on it, which is why grading resolves it explicitly rather than trusting the raw file.

The Amazon listing

The listing each line was matched to.

Column What it contains
ASIN The matched listing's Amazon ID
Amazon Title The listing's title
Buy Box Price The Buy Box price when the line was graded
BSR The listing's sales rank
BSR Category The category it ranks in
Seller Count How many sellers are on the listing
Rating The listing's star rating
Reviews Number of customer reviews
Amazon URL A link to the listing
Amazon Pack Qty Units the listing sells
Buy Box Current The latest Buy Box price
FBA Current The lowest FBA offer's price
New Current The lowest new offer's price
Buy Box Avg 90d The average Buy Box price over the last 90 days, a check against a temporarily high or low Buy Box
FBA Sellers How many FBA offers the listing has
Buy Box is Amazon Whether Amazon itself holds the Buy Box

The match

Column What it contains
Match Status match, maybe or no_match
Match score (0 to 100) How closely the listing agrees with your line on brand, title, pack and size
Match Reasoning Why the line matched, or didn't
Other listings On a Match row, how many other Amazon listings of the same product the results table folds under it, as a whole number. 0 on every other row
Pack Qty Source Where the pack quantity came from: Set by you, Product title, Listing description, Amazon listing, Checked against the listing, or Single unit (assumed)
Pack Note What changed when the pack was resolved

The status and score travel with every row so anyone reading the file knows how much checking a row needs before money moves. Even a strong match needs a units-per-case, cost and freshness review; a maybe is a lead to verify.

Profit

Worked out per Amazon listing from your cost and the matched listing.

Column What it contains
Referral Fee Amazon's referral fee on the sale
FBA Fee The fulfillment fee
Total Fees Referral and FBA fees plus any prep, inbound shipping and storage costs from your assumptions
Net Profit at Buy Box Buy Box price minus COGS minus total fees
ROI % at Buy Box That profit as a percentage of COGS
Margin % at Buy Box That profit as a percentage of the Buy Box price
Net Profit (Avg 90d) The same profit at the 90-day average price
ROI % (Avg 90d) ROI at the 90-day average price
Margin % (Avg 90d) Margin at the 90-day average price
Flags Warnings grading raised on the line, in words, for example Check ROI, Pack estimated, Pack not stated, costed as 1, Listing size differs or Cost set by you
Price The sell price the results table uses: the Buy Box, or the lowest FBA or new offer when the Buy Box is suppressed
Net Profit Profit at that price, the figure the results table shows
ROI % ROI at that price
Margin % Margin at that price
Price Source Which price that is
Estimate Basis What the profit figures cover: catalog estimates per Amazon listing, before order-specific discounts, freight and tax

CSV vs XLSX

Both formats contain the same columns and the same rows. Choose XLSX if the file is going straight to Excel users; choose CSV if it's feeding another tool. If a spreadsheet or script of yours reads the older column names, write to support and we'll help you switch.
