Export results as CSV or Excel

Two ways to download graded results, a filtered export from the Results page or a full one-click file from the Exports page.

Updated Sep 27, 2026

Every graded catalog can be downloaded as a spreadsheet, CSV or Excel (XLSX), with one row per SKU and the full set of catalog, Amazon, and profitability columns. There are two ways to get the file, and they serve different purposes.

Path 1: the Results page Export menu

Open a catalog's Results page and use the Export menu in the toolbar (choose Export as XLSX or Export as CSV).

This export respects your current view:

  • Filters apply. If you've filtered to a specific view, say only Match rows above your ROI bar, the file contains exactly those rows.
  • Column choices apply. Columns you've customized on the table carry into the file.

Use this path when you're producing a working file: a shortlist for your buying team, a supplier callback list, or a slice of the catalog worth acting on.

Path 2: the Exports page

The Exports page lists every completed catalog, ready to export. Each row has one-click CSV and XLSX buttons that download the complete results file for that catalog: every row, every column, no filtering.

Use this path when you want the whole file fast, or when you're pulling files for several catalogs and don't want to open each one. The list shows the SKU count (SKU: stock-keeping unit, one per catalog row) and when each catalog was last updated, and catalog names link back to the catalog itself.

Which one should I use?

You want… Use
Only the rows matching your current filters Results page Export menu
Your customized column set Results page Export menu
The complete file for a catalog, one click Exports page
Files for many catalogs in a row Exports page

Both paths produce the same underlying report; the Exports page just always gives you the full, unfiltered version.

About the file

The export lands as a normal browser download with a friendly name based on the catalog (for example acme-spring-catalog-results.xlsx), so there's nothing to unzip or import. It opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or anything that reads CSV.

Inside you'll find every column in three groups: your catalog's details, the matched Amazon listing, and the profit figures including fees, net profit, ROI (return on investment), margin, and the match status with its score. Every number you see in the results table is in the file. For the full column-by-column breakdown, see the Export columns reference.
