Reports overview

Portfolio analytics across your graded catalog library, what each section shows, and when reports unlock.

Updated Sep 17, 2026

The Reports page is portfolio analytics across your graded catalog library. Where a Results page answers "what's in this catalog?", Reports answers "how is my sourcing performing overall?": which suppliers concentrate your profit, how much of your deal flow survives grading, and where your margins actually cluster.

Every number on the page is computed from your real data. There are no sample charts or placeholder figures. If a section is empty, it's because your workspace hasn't generated that data yet.

When reports unlock

Reports unlock after 3 completed catalogs. Until then the page shows your real progress toward the threshold and a preview of what's coming. One or two catalogs just isn't enough of a portfolio to draw honest conclusions from. If you're not there yet, grading your next catalog is the fastest way in.

The period control

A time-range control in the top-right scopes the whole page: 3m, 6m, 12m, or All. Switching ranges refetches every section, so the KPIs, charts, and trends always describe the same window. Use a shorter range to judge recent sourcing; use All to see the full history.

What each section shows

KPI strip. The headline numbers for the selected period, across your whole portfolio. The sections beneath share the same profit basis, so the headline figure always equals what the charts below add up to.

Profit concentration. Identified profit broken down by catalog, so you can see which suppliers and uploads carry your portfolio and which barely move the needle. If most of your profit sits in two catalogs, that's where your reorder attention belongs.

Deal-flow funnel. How rows narrow from everything you uploaded down to the deals that survive grading and profitability. A thin funnel from a particular supplier tells you about the supplier, not just the rows.

Margin distribution. Where your matched SKUs' margins actually cluster, rather than a single average that can hide a barbell of great and terrible deals.

Trends. How your key figures move over time within the selected period, so you can tell whether this month's numbers are a blip or a direction.

Usage. Your grading activity for the period: how much of the platform you're putting to work.

Reports vs exports

Reports are for reading your portfolio; they aren't a download surface. When you need the underlying rows in a spreadsheet, use the export paths: the Results page Export menu for a filtered slice, or the Exports page for complete files per catalog.
