Refer and earn

Your referral link and code, what your friends get, credits for customers, and how partners are paid, from setup and the tax form to monthly payouts.

Updated Nov 2, 2026

Refer and earn is where you share Seller Sync and see what it earned you. It runs two programs on the same link and code:

  • Customer referrals. Any Seller Sync user can join with one click and earns credits.
  • The partner program. For creators, coaches, communities and service pros who teach wholesale and arbitrage. Partners earn cash, paid monthly. You join by applying on the partner program page.

Your link looks like https://sellersync.io/?ref=YOURCODE. Any page of our site works: pick one under Link to (pricing, how it works, the free trial and more) and copy the link it builds. There's also a short link, and a code people can type when they sign up.

  • A click is remembered in that browser for 90 days. If someone clicks another person's link later, the later click counts.
  • You can change your code once, before your first referral.
  • Sign-ups from your own accounts, or from an email at your own business domain, are held for review before they count.

What your friends get

Everyone who signs up through your link or code gets 20% off their first 3 months on any plan, on top of the 14-day free trial.

Customer referrals: credits

When a friend's first payment clears a 30-day hold, 25,000 credits are added to your account. That's one reward per workspace you refer.

  • Credits from referrals never expire and have no cash value.
  • If your friend is refunded before the payment clears, the reward is voided.

The full rules are in the referral terms.

The partner program

Setting up

An approved partner gets an email with a link to create their account (or, with an existing account, to finish setup). On Refer and earn, the setup card asks for:

  • your payout method, PayPal or Wise, and the email of that account
  • your legal name and country
  • your agreement to the partner terms

Your link and code are ready as soon as setup is done.

What you earn

You earn 20% of every subscription payment for 12 months from each customer's first paid month, on what they pay after the discount and before tax. Only subscription payments count: buying extra credits earns nothing. If we agreed a custom rate with you, your rate and months are the ones shown in your account.

When you get paid

Each payment's earnings clear 30 days after it. Payouts go out on the 10th of each month, by PayPal or Wise, once you have $50 ready. Anything under $50 carries over to the next month. The line under your scoreboard says when your next payout goes out and how much it sends.

Refunds and chargebacks are taken back. If the earnings were already paid, the amount comes off a later payout.

Your tax form

Before your first payout we need a W-9 (a US person or business) or a W-8BEN (everyone else). Under Payout details, pick the form, fill in the copy from the IRS, sign it and upload it as a PDF of up to 10 MB. We check every form by hand, and email you if one needs a new copy.

Until it's verified, payouts wait. Nothing you've earned is lost. If a form needs a new copy, our note says why. Only our team can open the form, and it can't be downloaded from your account.

Your partner plan

While you're a partner, your own workspace gets Standard features and 10,000 credits a month at no charge, so you can grade the price lists you talk about. If you were already paying for a plan, cancel it in Billing and the partner plan takes over.

The share kit

The Share kit tab has descriptions to paste with your link already in them, a video description and an email to adapt, ways to disclose, our logos and screenshots, and the brand rules.

When the terms change

If we update the partner terms, a banner on Refer and earn asks you to read and accept them. You accept in Payout details; payouts wait until you do.

The rules, in short

  • Say it's an affiliate link in every post, video or email that carries your link or code.
  • No self-referrals.
  • Don't bid on Seller Sync, or misspellings of it, in search ads.
  • No spam, and no claims about what anyone will earn.

The full text is in the partner terms.

Emails about referrals

We email you when someone signs up through your link or code. If you'd rather not get these, switch off Referral activity in Settings → Notifications.
