The Home page shows your workspace's real data and the next step for each catalog.
The four metrics
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Potential monthly profit · across your catalogs | Each catalog's potential monthly profit, summed: the same figure its results page shows, and the same total the Catalogs page shows. It is an estimate based on the costs, fees, and selling prices available, not income you have earned. |
| Opportunity in flight · not yet reviewed | The same estimate for graded catalogs whose results you haven't opened yet: the total of the Needs review list on the Catalogs page. A catalog joins it when its grading finishes. |
| Purchase orders committed · all time | Purchase orders you've sent to a supplier, including the ones since received. A cancelled order doesn't count. |
| Catalogs graded · last 7 days | Catalogs whose grading finished in the last seven days. |
Review the source rows, units per case, ASIN pack quantity, costs, and fees before you make a buying decision. A missing value means an estimate is not available.
Needs your attention
One count for each thing waiting on you, each a link to the page that lists them:
- Catalogs to do: graded catalogs whose results you haven't opened, plus runs waiting on an answer from you (the To do tab below).
- Stopped runs: catalogs whose grading failed or was stopped.
- Draft purchase orders: orders you started and haven't sent.
Active catalogs
The tabs are To do (results to review and runs waiting on you), Grading, Done, and Failed. Each tab shows its total count with up to five recent catalogs, and every row names its next step. View all opens the full Catalogs list.
Live activity
This card shows the latest catalog checkpoints, using the same status data as the active catalog tabs. Open a catalog to see its saved progress and any action it needs.
Get started
A new workspace shows empty counts and a Get started card at the top of Home. It walks you through your first run, one step at a time:
- Verify your email. Click the link we sent; you can upload and grade once your email is confirmed. The card's Confirm email button opens a page that can send a new link.
- Upload a supplier price list. A CSV, Excel file, or PDF. No list handy? Download the sample price list from the card and upload it to see a graded catalog in minutes.
- Review your graded results. The card links to your first finished catalog.
- Set your margin assumptions so profit figures reflect how you operate.
- Choose a plan (free trial only), whenever you are ready.
Each step checks itself off as you finish it. Hide the card once you no longer need it. Pro customers can ask Support for a first-catalog review.
