Getting started

Your free trial, plans, and credits

How the 14-day free trial works, what happens when it ends, and how plans and credits work.

Updated Oct 13, 2026

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't need a credit card to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Your 14-day free trial

  • Full access. Grading, results, purchase orders, exports, and PO Assistant all work during the trial.
  • 10,000 credits for grading. Trial credits expire when the trial ends.
  • One catalog at a time. If you upload another price list while one is grading, it is saved but does not start. Once the first one finishes, open the saved catalog and choose Start grading. Amazon data refreshes have a daily limit during the trial.
  • Verify your email first. Click the link in the email we send after sign-up. You can upload and grade once your email is confirmed, and your 14 days count from then (when you confirm within a week of signing up).

The banner at the top of the app shows the days and credits you have left, and Settings → Billing shows your trial end date.

When the trial ends

If you haven't chosen a plan by the end of day 14, your workspace pauses. Nothing is deleted and you are never charged. While it is paused you can still:

  • Sign in and choose a plan from Settings → Billing
  • Reach Support and this help center
  • Change your email notification settings
  • Download a copy of your account data from Settings → Security

Your catalogs, results, and purchase orders are saved. Choose a plan and you pick up exactly where you left off.

Choosing a plan during your trial

You can choose a plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Secure checkout shows the price and renewal terms before you pay.

  • Your card is charged today and your paid plan starts right away.
  • Your plan's credits are added as soon as the payment goes through.
  • Any trial credits you have left stay usable until your original trial end date.

Standard is $499/month with 10,000 credits each month and 1 catalog at a time. Pro is $999/month with 25,000 credits each month, 3 catalogs at a time, and assisted setup. Custom is tailored to your business; book a demo to talk it through. The plan cards in Billing are the source of truth for credits and capacity.

Plans renew monthly. You can cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How grading uses credits

Credits measure grading work. Each run shows what it may hold before it starts and what it used when it finishes.

Uploading a file stores it and starts grading, holding an estimate of the credits it needs (the hold can grow from your balance if the run needs more); only the credits the run actually uses are kept, and the rest are released when it finishes. Amazon market data lookups never use credits. Editing rows or answering catalog questions does not start another run.

Credits for a failed grading run are restored. If you stop a run, completed work is kept and unused credits are released.

Your balance shows in the top bar, the account menu, and Billing. A 10,000-credit balance starts a price list of about 2,700 rows with its full hold, and larger lists can start on what you have: grading pauses with everything saved if it needs more. If a catalog needs more credits than you have to start, it is stored and the catalog page shows what it needs. There are no automatic overages.

Credit packs

Credit packs are available on paid plans. A pack is a one-time purchase that never expires while your account is open. Plan credits renew each month and don't roll over; leftovers stay usable until the renewal payment goes through.

Getting started

The Get started card on Home walks you through your first run: verify your email, upload a supplier price list (or try our sample price list), review your graded results, and set your margin assumptions. Pro customers can also ask Support for a first-catalog review.
