Getting started with Seller Sync

What Seller Sync does and how to grade your first catalog.

Updated Sep 27, 2026

Seller Sync turns raw supplier price lists into buying decisions. You upload a catalog as a CSV, Excel file, or PDF price list, and Seller Sync grades every row against live Amazon listings. For each row you get the matched Amazon listing, its match status and score, and full profitability numbers based on your costs. From there you filter to the winners, build a purchase order (PO), and send it to your supplier.

What Seller Sync does

For every row in your catalog, Seller Sync:

  • Finds the matching Amazon listing and gives it a status: Match, Maybe or No match, with a score beside it. You know at a glance which rows line up and which need a look.
  • Pulls current market data for that listing: price, sales activity, and the numbers that drive your margin math.
  • Calculates profitability using your item cost from the catalog plus the cost assumptions you set in Settings, so ROI (return on investment) and margin reflect how you actually operate.
  • Feeds a PO builder, so the rows you approve become an order you can export and send.

Your first catalog

  1. Upload. Go to Catalogs and choose Upload catalog. Optionally name the supplier, then drop your file. Formats and limits are covered in Supported file types and limits.
  2. Choose a sales floor. Before you upload, pick a minimum monthly sales tier, from "No minimum" up to "3K+", to skip slow-moving listings.
  3. Watch it grade. Grading starts as soon as the file is stored, as long as a grading slot and enough credits are free. The catalog page shows live progress through each stage, from "Reading your file" through "Matching listings", and the credits held for the run. It continues after you leave the page; come back to read its latest status.
  4. Review results. Open the graded catalog, filter by status and ROI, and start building your first purchase order.
