Upload your files
Open Catalogs, choose Upload catalog, and add your files. Each file stays visible in the queue. Review its name and optional supplier, then choose Upload and grade.
Supported formats are CSV, XLSX, XLS, TSV, and PDF, up to 50 MB per file. Review any file warnings before you continue. See Supported file types and limits.
Grading starts on upload
Set your sales floor, then upload. As soon as the file is stored, Seller Sync holds an estimate of the credits it needs and starts grading; the hold can grow from your balance if the run needs more. Spreadsheets and PDFs follow the same path; PDFs take longer because the table has to be rebuilt first.
Credits measure grading work. Each run shows what it may hold before it starts and what it used when it finishes. Amazon market data lookups never use credits. Each run holds an estimate when it starts and can grow that hold from your balance if it needs more; only the credits the run actually uses are kept, and the rest are released.
Credits for a failed grading run are restored. If you stop a run, completed work is kept and unused reserved credits are released.
Source rows stay available from Results. Check descriptions, identifiers, costs, and units per case, and answer any catalog questions the run asks. Costs in a currency other than USD need a conversion rate before profit can be calculated; otherwise, grade in discovery-only mode.
When grading doesn't start
If your balance is too low to start, the file is stored and grading does not start. During the free trial, choose a plan from Settings → Billing; on a paid plan, add a credit pack or move to a larger plan. Then choose Start grading on the catalog page. Saving settings or answering catalog questions never starts a second paid run.
Your plan also sets how many catalogs grade at once: one on the free trial and Standard, three on Pro, and Custom plans show theirs in Billing. If you upload more files together than that, the extra files are stored without starting, and they never start by themselves. When a run finishes, open the next catalog and choose Start grading.
Follow progress on the catalog page. It shows the credits held for the run and, when it finishes, the credits used. A queued run is accepted and waiting for our servers to pick it up; a catalog question needs your input. A run continues after you close the tab.
Review the results
A match status is evidence to review, not permission to buy. Verify the supplier's purchasing unit, the cost per unit, the ASIN pack quantity, and current Amazon data before you send a purchase order. If a cost or unit is missing or unresolved, the profit numbers stay blank.
Use filters and saved decisions to build a short list, then add those rows to a draft purchase order. The PO readiness checks show what still needs review.
