Refresh a catalog
Amazon prices and availability change. On Results, Refresh reloads market data for every matched listing. It uses no credits, needs no approval, and runs in the background; prices and profit figures update in a moment. Free trials include a daily refresh limit; paid plans are limited only by plan capacity.
Review the updated results before you rely on them. Your supplier's source file stays the basis for costs; upload a new catalog when the supplier sends revised costs or products.
Product research tabs
Charts, history, Buy Box, offers, and variations show saved research. Opening a tab does not spend credits. If saved data is unavailable, use the refresh action in the tab. Existing snapshots show when they were saved so you can judge whether they need updating.
Refreshing saved market data for one product uses no credits either. Plan capacity limits apply. See Billing, invoices, and subscription.
Each research refresh runs on its own. It may keep running after you close the dialog. Reopen the tab when it finishes to see the saved result.
Before buying
Refresh when the age or completeness of the data affects your decision. Even recently fetched data is a snapshot, not a guarantee of the price or availability you will get. Confirm supplier costs, units per case, ASIN pack quantity, fees, and any restrictions before you send an order.
