Upload
Uploading stores your supplier file and starts grading right away, holding an estimate of the credits it needs; the hold can grow from your balance if the run needs more. If your balance is short, or every grading slot on your plan is busy, the file is stored without starting. Stored catalogs never start by themselves: add credits if you need them (during the free trial, by choosing a plan; on a paid plan, with a credit pack or a larger plan), then choose Start grading on the catalog page. Spreadsheets are read directly; PDFs have their table rebuilt first.
Grading
The run maps fields, identifies products, searches candidate Amazon listings, loads the market data available, evaluates matches, and calculates profitability from the known costs and assumptions. The catalog page shows the credits held and the estimated time.
Some catalogs pause to confirm an ambiguous structure, currency, or unit basis. Save your answers and grading continues on the same credit hold.
Progress and credits
The catalog page tells apart queued, running, waiting for your answers, paused, failed, canceled, and completed work. Time ranges depend on the file, providers, and available capacity. An unfinished run continues when you leave the page. When it finishes, the page and Results show the credits used.
See Large catalogs and grading times and Fix a failed or stalled catalog for details.
Results and buying readiness
Results include the matches found, each one's status and score, source and Amazon data, and estimated profit where enough verified information exists. Don't treat a missing cost or an unresolved unit as zero or as a buying recommendation.
A Match does not approve a purchase. Check units per case, ASIN pack quantity, cost basis, and current data before you send a purchase order.
